Independence Park/The Villa/West Walker/ Old Irving neighborhoods! Right by the Metra (only 2 stops to Ogilvie) and the Blue line stations at Irving Park. Also easy access to the Kennedy expressway to downtown, O'Hare, or burbs (only a few miles to the Edens and 294).
