I just finished 4 months of weekly 50-minute assisted stretch sessions at the Southport location. I thought it was great though it is a splurge - price is comparable to a weekly massage. I wanted to work on flexibility in a few specific areas and I made a lot of progress in those 4 months. My stretch therapist (flexologist is what I think they're called) also gave me stretches to do on my own at home each day to maximize the progress I made with him in our sessions. I plan to continu -

I got a quote a week before my trip from Allianz for $150. I delayed finalizing the transaction and ended up paying on the day of my flight and got a quote for $93. Same trip, same dates, same coverage 🤷
