One of my bottom teeth is ridiculously out of alignment. I’ve ignored for years but would like to do something about it. I had braces as a kid but the tooth has shifted. What’s best for an adult - braces, Invisalign, etc.? And does anyone have a recommendation for who does this? Orthodontist, cosmetic dentist, etc? And even better if you have a specific recommendation! -

I don't know about HRT personally, but have 2 friends who had very difficult mood swings from the oral progesterone. Like so intense they really could not function... and just about got divorces. They both switched to hormonal IUD and have done much better. Apparently this method decreases the systemic impact and the hormones go right where they need to go. -
