We were visiting from out of town and Sandie and her team were able to squeeze us in for a much needed repair. Our trip was saved! Gotta love a small town business!

Service requested was not even attempted to be completed for our Mother. Large Hispanic woman woking in back office extremely rude to customers waiting. She told my disabled Mother to "just leave come back later" and was rude when she preferred to wait. No explanation about service not preformed . Charge was outragous for no service and minimual time vehicle was in bay. The poor attitude and rudeness of the back office woman was dismissive and incompetent for car repair issues. She is not educated in car issues and was not qualified to tell my Mother that the service requested was not able to be completed. Due to rudeness and incompetance we as a local family with multiple cars will never recommmend this shop. We took Moms vehicle to another local shop and it was done no problem. They did say they are getting many upset customers with complaints from this shop since it changed owners.

We had an overheating problem coming over the summit so we rolled into Larry's Auto Care. They took a look under the hood and addressed the issue no muss, no fuss. They were quick, efficient, and friendly, and took care of business. Five stars for sure. Thanks, folks!

What a great shop! They got me in quickly, were super efficient and very friendly. Christie greeted me and I felt comfortable right away. I thought she was one of the owners because she was so engaged. They did not try to upsell me, just did the work agreed to. Employees seem to be treated well & like working there. I will be back, even though it's 30 mins away for me.

I have read pretty much all the reviews. I don't understand why there would be a " slump" in their service. They are in my opinion the most integral and honest automotive repair group in Scotts Valley let alone in the county.

I highly recommend these guys. I am from the area but moved away, was visiting and needed help with a 'no crank - no start' issue. They had me in the next morning, and figured out the problem in less than an hour. The diagnosis was reasonably priced and Donald (the owner) was informative with some other issues and tips, and didn't balk at me letting him know all the things I tried that didn't find the problem.
My truck is reliably on the road now. I can't speak for every auto issue but with my diesel with a finicky electrical issue, he figured it out with ease.

Got me in quick and gave me some options of what I could do on my truck. Good communication and a competitive price.

They sat on my car for 2 days without giving me an update, and when I called them up they told me the mechanic 'was having trouble' and COULD NOT COMPLETE THE REPAIR. This was for a simple brake job on a dime-a-dozen car that was made forever. Are you f'in kidding me? Their sister shop next door wouldn't give me the time of day when I asked them if they could handle it. Was the car in question was too ugly for them...? I see total jank-mobiles parked in their lot all the time being worked on. I get a puppy mill vibe from them, so AVOID.

Quick, easy and competent service! I got some tires shipped from tire rack, and set up an appointment with the very friendly lady at the front desk (Ursula?). Then a day later I remembered I had to do a smog and they squeezed that in for me too! It was their smog guy's last day, call and check to see if they do smog before you go.They did five tires and a smog in a couple hours and gave me a call when it was done. Easy peasy!

Their lot gets a little tight, so maybe go for the early morning appointments. They moved my car around for me while I paid for everything so it wasn't hard getting out.
