FOOD BUILDING is an urban food production hub striving to create delicious handcrafted food and beverages through intentional sourcing, sustainable practices, and thoughtful care.

Our building is home to five food and beverage production facilities, a cafe space, and an event space hosting community and private events.

Stone Flour Mill & Bakery

Baker's Field Flour & Bread is a wholesale flour mill and bakery, sourcing whole grains grown in the Upper Midwest, stone-milling them into fresh flour, and baking naturally leavened breads and pastries.

Handcrafted Meat Products & Salumeria

Lowry Hill Provisions is a salumeria and meat wholesaler specializing in handcrafted cured meats, cooked meat products, and more made from regionally sourced heritage pork that’s antibiotic and hormone free.

Small Batch Creamery

Alemar Cheese Company specializes in French-style, soft- and semi-hard-ripened artisan cheeses made with single source, grass fed Minnesota cows' milk.

Fermented Botanical Beverages

3LECHE creates fermented food and beverages from their laboratory space, including a line of fermented botanical beverages and a full suite of nonalcoholic beverages.

Irish Whiskey

Red Locks is an Irish Whiskey blend promoting creativity and risk, crafted by experts on either side of the Atlantic. Distilled and Blended in Ireland, the brand is based out of FOOD BUILDING and sold only in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Restaurant & Events

Diane’s Place is a Hmong American restaurant from Diane Moua opening Saturday, April 6, 2024. The event space, Events by Diane, is currently open for bookings.
