About the BHAC

For over 60 years, families have been meeting at BHAC and enjoying the summer months with their friends and neighbors. As an integral part of the community, the Club offers kids and adults alike a friendly atmosphere of summer recreation and activities from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

A large main pool is surrounded by a sea of lounge chairs and umbrellas from which to enjoy the sun and surf. For younger families, a fenced-in kiddie pool is only a few feet away. The Club also features four tennis courts, a basketball court, playground, a ping pong table, a sand filled volleyball pit, and space for yard games like bag toss and Kan Jam. There’s also a snack bar with barbecue grills beneath an open-air pavilion to enjoy a picnic lunch or dinner.

Organized activities for the kids include the BHAC Sharks Swim Team and Tennis Teams. Adult activities include men’s and women’s tennis. Tennis lessons are also available for both kids and adults and we are looking into the possibility of offering swim lessons.

On the social scene, some fun events scheduled for children, teens, adults and families include: adults only party, breakfast at Wimbledon, food truck Fridays, trivia nights, movie nights, summer carnival, and much more!

Starting May 24, 2024, join us for Food Truck Fridays. Each Friday, 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm a different Food Truck will park and cook in our parking lot. Feel free to bring friends and family!
