Carl Goeringer went above and beyond in helping with our search for an appropriate property to meet our needs, we were conducting a lot of our search online from another state and Carl assisted us by providing detailed listing info and checking out the properties we were interested in until we could be here in person to walk through the homes. He listened to what requirements we were looking for and alerted us when a home came onto the market. When the home we purchased came on the market we were the first to be able to walk through and put a bid on it quickly with Carl’s help. His kind and easy going manner made working with him a pleasure. The staff at Century 21 made closing day a breeze- we were very pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail.

We had some issues with previous owner getting out of building and removal of items . Ruth went above and beyond to help us with the situation and communicated every step of the way. Hard to find people like Ruth today. We thank her so much for all she did.
