Coconut-Lime Cake—Two layers of vanilla cake, doused in coconut milk. Filled with lime curd and frosted with whipped cream and coconut flakes.

Rhubarb-Raspberry Brown Butter Tart—A cookie crust baked with a buttery custard and fruit. The technique of browning the butter on the stove adds a nutty flavor to the butter.

Honey Bee Cake—Vanilla spongecake, honey buttercream, almond wings, dipped in chocolate. Made with French-style buttercream, which has egg yolks, making it richer than other types of buttercream. $3.50

Classic Éclair—A longtime Mirabelles favorite. Choux pastry (pâte à choux) filled with vanilla pastry cream and dipped in chocolate ganache, $4.50
