Parker Presents: Bill Oysterman
While there will never be another Bill the Oysterman, the tradition of fun and amazing farm-direct oysters continues. Parker Stokes, his long-time crew lead and business manager, has created an overall concept titled Parker Presents. The dancing oyster with the top hat is now named Bill Oysterman (note “the” has been omitted as there will never be another like him) and will be the enduring icon. Parker brings the best of the west coast oysters to every party. Over the past decade he built friendships with all the same oyster farmers and has added a few (think Kumotos from Humboldt and Oishii from BC). Of course, all his housemade sauces will be available to assure your enjoyment. He brings the oyster goodness and the rest just happens. 3-6pm

SPAM is a reggae fusion band from the Santa Cruz Mountains that plays a mix of originals and cover tunes, blending reggae, rock, and other tasty rhythm-centric sounds. Featuring members of the legendary Bonny Doon house party band Moonrocks. 3-5pm in the patio!
David Green and Steve Snell have been playing together in various bands since college days. Those bands played throughout the California’s Central Valley and San Francisco Bay Area. Wavestation is the latest iteration of a solid dance band with David on bass, guitar and vocals, and Steve covering keyboards and vocals. They are not just an ordinary duo. Their versions of the best 70’s through the 2010’s songs are surprisingly rich and full of harmonies. No deep cuts, just rock and pop favorites (with a few anthems thrown in for good measure) that everyone knows and loves to sing along to.

The BACK PORCH BOYS dig into the glorious roots of American music from the Delta blues in Mississippi to New Orleans up to Memphis over to Austin and jumpin' to Chicago. Singer-guitarist RICH COWAN and harmonica enthusiast VIRGIL THRASHER put their combined 90 odd years of performing music.
Rich, after extensive touring on the road, settled in Santa Cruz to work with the always entertaining Jewl Sandoval, steamy songstress Nora Cruz and outstanding harmonica player Brett Mechanic.
While Virgil developed his style with the legendary slide master Robert Lowery, touring across the US and trips to Europe in the 90s. Virgil has stayed busy in the Santa Cruz working with several players over years, including JB and the Nightshift, Reverend Rabia, jazzy Gil Cadilli, and the mesmerizing Preacher Boy.
