I loved being pregnant. I know, I know, not everyone does. But I did. There was something about the crazy changes to my body and the growing anticipation that made each day buzz.
Whether you are loving it or can’t wait to have your body back, I would love to help you capture images that will transport you back to a time when you still didn’t know what color your baby’s eyes were, to those moments before you felt that tiny hand in yours.

They change so quickly. It is something that everyone says when you are pregnant. And then that knowledge crystalizes as you watch your own bundle morph from a newborn, into a baby, into a toddler.
I love capturing baby’s in their homes where they can be warm and cozy. Let’s set a date to capture the tiny fingers and toes, the soft fuzz, and irresistible rolly-polly thighs.

My family photos are my most precious possession. They hang throughout or home, reminding us of the adventures we’ve had and where we come from. My kids pull out albums to ask questions and hear stories about what they used to be like as babies. Photos are time machines, they are storytellers, they are moments captured in a jar that you can hold and examine.

I’m a family photographer, storyteller, baby whisperer, clutter hider, laughter haver. The list goes on. But one of my favorite things is photographing people.
I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and I love the people who make this place their home. I seek the connection in the chaos and the love in the snuggle. Photographs act as a proof of life for us and for our people. They leave a trail back to where we come from, evidence of the path we blazed for ourselves.
