Reading the River Poetry Celebration
Wednesday May 29 | 5:30-7 p.m. | Living Memorial Park Brattleboro
You are warmly invited to a celebration of rivers and poetry. Community members who took part in Vermont River Conservancy’s Poetry Workshops will perform original poems as well as pieces by writers they admire.
Brattleboro: West River Paint-Out
Saturday June 1st | 9-12 | Brattleboro Marina
Beginner painters will be welcomed with four mini-lessons and personal feedback from our skilled instructor. Painters and sketch artists of all levels, including experienced artists, are also welcome to join in and work at their own pace. This beloved spot where the West River comes to a confluence with the Connecticut River is bound to inspire the artist in all of us.
