Taco Delight

This has been one of the rudest interactions I've ever had. I went to get my mom some tacos and a drink for lunch. When I pulled up to the window, a girl with bright pink pointy acrylics and brown hair was running the window. I was trying to get my money out after she had to told me the price and I guess i wasn't going fast enough and she said "I said $13". I gave her the money and she grabbed it out of my hand with a hostile attitude, I had kindly asked her to put a lot of extra sauce in the bag (she put 2 sauces for 6 tacos). When she handed me the bag I had asked if she put extra sauce in and she rudely said "yeah I did" and shut the window on me. When I had gotten to my mom's house there were only 2 sauces in the bag.

I then called to ask for a manager, the girl who was running the window answered PRETENDED to be the part owner and manager then when I explained the situation she said "oh that was me actually at the window" and I said "well I don't believe you're the main manager so I'd like to talk to someone higher than you or if the owner is there" so yells on the phone and says "I'M NOT GOING TO BE TALKED TO LIKE THIS. YOU CAN TALK TO SOMEONE ELSE." she hands it off to a male who did not state he's the manager nor claim to be the manager, wouldn't tell me his name and didn't give me a conclusion on how the establishment treats people.

If you don't like your job, work harder for a different one. Don't take it out on other people then lie on the phone about your job title. My whole family who's been going here since it opened would rather stop at McDonald's for a fast bite now. What a shame!!

This food is for old people with no taste buds who think salt is spicy you can not call yourself a Mexican restaurant. The food has gone from good fast-food American Mex to disgusting over-price wish I went to anywhere else for a meal.

Not sure why the big change since my last visit about a year ago.
I do not mind the prices going up and maybe the smaller portions if the food is good. Like the#5 combo going for $8 to $11+. Lots of Small businesses are hurting. The Taco was okay, better meat than Taco Bell( Not saying much). But the super burrito was disgusting and small and it was loaded with beans and olives and hardly any meat and only took a couple of bits before I realized it not going to get better.:(

Fast friendly and just yummie! #5 combo with two tacos and a super burrito. Food is always good and the crew will modify to your likings.

Classic place. Not fancy, not authentic, none of the superlatives you might associate with tonier establishments, but worth a stop nonetheless. Quintessentially old Medford.

Great food and a like that it is a family owned business. I have seen the same friendly faces for years.

I give a solid three stars for this taco joint.

I ordered three beef tacos and one tostada. The beef is well seasoned. The taco comes with lettuce and cheese. You can request their taco sauce, which is fairly tasty. The tostada was good as well.

This is our go to favorite Mexican! Tacos are solid! Real lettuce, fresh grated cheese, tasty ground beef and perfect salsa. It is not fancy, but always fast service, delicious food and a great location (just off the freeway).

I mean the food is good especially considering the extremely low prices, the girl at the drive through was pretty rude but I feel like you kinda get that at most fast food places lol. I'd definitely go back

We have been going here for years and today we walked in and ordered and paid. The order was incorrect so I asked them to revise our bill and provide the correct items. They refused so I took the food to the car. The one item they got right was a fried bean and cheese burrito, but it was not crunchy at all and covered in fryer grease. We took it back Amin and as that they remake and they refused. Long story short; we ordered a taco, a bean burrito and a fried bean and cheese burrito and we receive a cup of beans and a taco as the furled burrito was inedible. Will never return as it was the usual employees so no excuse there. Rude manager.

The best food always fresh and not skimpy on filling the taco and burrito. I can't wait until we can eat inside again instead of the car, covid sucks.
Service is fast and courteous.
We drive from Grants Pass especially for their food. Don't forget the sauce!
