We do believe it's summer, but what a nice spring we had. The patio is fully open and, thanks to Serena the gardener, the gardens are planted and growing. This month will bring several new dishes on the menu, not yet as I write this, but soon - watermelon salad, a new salatim or two, and pargiyot (marinated chicken). And also later this month we'll open quietly our new morning bakery and coffee shop. It will start modestly and grow. It should be a little different than what is around us. And it will morph into lunch eventually. Our awning for it, below.
