PETE’S BRASS RAIL AND CAR WASH

“There is no brass rail, there is no car wash, and who the hell is Pete?”

Pete’s is a pub-style restaurant in the small, suburban town of Danville, California. Founded in 1987, Pete’s has been a local institution for more than 34 years. We specialize in regular pub fare – various tasty appetizers, grilled burgers and chicken sandwiches, large salads, other hot entrees, fish & chips – all utilizing the freshest of ingredients.

We also specialize in beer! Pete’s has been serving a wide array of craft beers of every style since before they were even called craft beers. We started our Beer Connoisseur’s Club in 1988, featuring the newest and freshest of micro-brewed beers. To date, Pete’s has served more than 4000 different beers on tap, and many of our Club members have drunk more than 1000, 2000, and yes, even 3000 different beers. Our Connoisseur’s Club is a great way for both beer lovers and beer novices alike to sample and try new beers.

Often referred to as the “Cheers” of the East Bay area, Pete’s boasts a welcoming and comfortable environment in which all generations of guests are invited to drink and dine together in an atmosphere of camaraderie and relaxation. Boasting 20 taps, hard alcohol and an open kitchen, Pete’s strives to provide the perfect setting with everything needed to enjoy a great meal or a simple beer!
