Though we always save some space for walk-ins, please try to make a reservation with us. During peak hours & weekend nights, you may have to wait a bit or we may not be able to accommodate you. It avoid this please wait please click on the reservation link. Half Baked Pizza Cooking Instructions
Place pizza stone or inverted sheet pan in oven
Pre-heat your oven to 550°F for 30+ minutes. Why 30 minutes? Because you want that oven HOT! Ours is 600°F
Place pizza without the box into the onto the stone or inverted sheet pan in your oven
Cook for 5-7 minutes until the crust is golden brown
Remove from oven, drizzle crust with your favorite extra virgin olive oil, cut & eat!

Our full menu is available online for same day ordering & pick up. You can order anytime earlier in the day, choose a pick up time between 5pm-9pm and come pick it up later. We do not offer delivery. We prefer that you place your orders online rather than calling us. We love to talk to you, but it does take our time away from doing other things.
Pick up your order
We’re located at 2842 Diamond St at Kern Alley in Glen Park. There is a parking lot on Kern Alley that you can park to come pick up your pizza. We’ll be transferring orders at the door. Please be respectful of other patrons, stay 6 ft apart and don’t crowd the entrance.
