What is Process Work?

All of your experiences, subtle or dramatic, wonderful or painful, are expressions of an underlying process.

LANE WORKS WITH INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS AROUND THE WORLD.

Meet Lane Arye

Welcome to my website. I’m excited to share with you my own flavor of Process Work. Whether I’m working with individuals, relationships, groups, communities and organizations, or teaching around the world, I love following the flow of process. That means I love to study what is happening in order to find the wisdom beneath the surface. This site combines accessible explanations of complex concepts together with videos that describe and illustrate those ideas. I developed Unintentional Music, a way of using Process Work with musicians (and non-musicians) as they play or sing to help them transform themselves and their music. I’ve included excerpts of my book, Unintentional Music, so you can get a sense of it. And I’m thrilled to share my own music here! You can listen and also download it for free. In the Balkans, I co-led a UN funded project that brought together Croats, Serbs and Bosniaks to work on ethnic tension, reconciliation, community building, and human rights. I used to say that was the most beautiful and challenging thing I’ve ever done. Then I had children. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my wife, Lecia, and our two kids. Enjoy my site, and let me know what you think.
