Pine Firewood
A fast burning softwood. Great fire starter.
Pine firewood burns well with a tendency to crackle and pop because it is a resinous softwood. Good for kindling since it lights easily but too much can leave a strong piney smell which is nice outdoors but can be overwhelming indoors.

Juniper firewood crackles and pops a lot like pine and is great to burn during the holidays. It is a natural insect repellent with a distinct aroma, smelling like a cedar chest. Juniper burns clean and mixes well with any hardwood.
