We’ve been serving garden centers, nurseries, and landscapers since 1945. William and Audrey Bruce established Bruce Nurseries in Davidsville, PA a small town nestled in the mountains of Somerset County.
Today the nursery is owned and operated by Dave Bruce, William, and Audrey’s son. Bruce Nurseries sits on 65-acres where we grow shade trees, flowering trees, conifers, evergreens, shrubs, perennials, groundcovers, native plants, and ornamental grasses. Our varieties range from old-time favorites to new, unique varieties of plants. We are growing balled and burlapped material along with a large selection of hardy container-grown materials. Our plants come in many sizes from liners to large landscape specimens.
We are NOT re-wholesalers. We are proud of the nursery stock we produce and we invite you to tour our facilities. Our stock is clean, weed and disease-free, professionally pruned and trimmed, and always priced competitively.
