The SRA designation is the residential designation awarded to appraisers through the Appraisal Institute. To get it you have to have a 4yr undergraduate degree, earn 3,000 hours of experience, complete and pass a demonstration appraisal, go through a peer review of your appraisal work, and meet the appraisal educational requirement to be met as well. Collectively, we have over 20 years of experiencing the Lowcountry. We offer appraisal services for residential properties of all levels (vacant land, condos, multi-family, single family, high end luxury homes).
