Join Desiree for the next in our Astro Flow Series – Taurus SZN! Connect to earth energy with a grounding yoga sequence that will include elements of astrology & somatic practice. Taurus season invites us to slow down and center our pleasure and well-being. Here we’ll utilize pranayama and asana to cultivate strength, stability and balance in the mind and body. *Taurus themed playlist and cosmic lighting included.

We will break down the foundational poses of our Power Yoga sequence in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. This all-levels class is designed for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of alignment and the principles or the practice.
