Yin Yoga with Kaitlyn

Sunday, May 19th

6pm – 7:30pm, $20

Join Kaitlyn for a 90-minute Yin Yoga practice. Yin allows us the opportunity to slow down, soften the body, and be kind to ourselves.

This will be held at our Eastside Location

Gemini Astro Flow with Kaitlyn & Luis

Friday, June 7th

6:30pm – 7:45pm, $20

Join Kaitlyn & Luis for a 75-minute Yang to Yin Flow to align with Gemini’s energy of duality. This class will begin with 45-minutes of a fast moving, expansive vinyasa flow and end with 30-minutes of slowing down and going inward with yin poses. Gemini season encourages us to practice in community with curiosity, adaptability, and play!

Session Yoga 12 Year Celebration!

Saturday, June 1st at 9:30am

La Encantada Courtyard

Join Chelsea Lucas of Session Yoga for our 12 Year Celebration! This donation-based yoga class is to support Pima Animal Care Center (PACC). Please bring a cash donation and/or an old yoga mat to donate to the shelter – They use them to cushion the kennels. Expect a fun session flow, great playlist and connection with this amazing community.

We are so grateful to have been able to serve Tucson in this way for the last 12 years – Thank you for letting us continue to thrive in Tucson!

We will break down the foundational poses of our Power Yoga sequence in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. This all-levels class is designed for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of alignment and the principles or the practice.

Bring A Friend Fridays at Foothills!

Every Friday from May 3rd to September 6th you can bring a new friend with you to any class time for FREE. Sign up in advance online or drop-in studio. Start planning your Friday coffee, lunch, and happy hour dates for after class and make a day of it!

This offer is only valid at our Foothills location on Fridays and your friend must be new to the studio. One free class per person.
