Walks!

You guys, I seriously don't know what I would do without Patrice and Walks! I would give her more than five stars if that was an option.

Patrice started walking our senior lab about a month ago, and I'm not kidding our dog has been happier and more relaxed because of her (and ok, this neurotic dog mama is happier and more relaxed too).

Patrice is EVERYTHING you want and need in a dog nanny. She is reliable, punctual, trustworthy, professional, and flexible. I trust her implicitly in my home as well as with the care of my dog child.

As another reviewer mentioned, Patrice goes above and beyond with her dogs and it's clear that she cares about your dog as much as you do. The feeling appears to be mutual, because I usually get a wag when I tell my dog "Ms. Patrice is going to come see you today!"

I love that she texts with updates and photos from their walks. She has also bailed me out on more than one occasion and accommodated a second walk-- and occasional feeding-- while I'm stuck at work and is flexible with last minute scheduling changes. Her invoicing/payment practices are straightforward and easy.

In this city, it totally takes a village and I'm so glad to have found Patrice as part of mine!

I could not be happier with Walks! Patrice started with us with our golden retriever Murphy since he was a puppy. Patrice goes over and above what we pay her for by walking him for extra time, working to train him while they are walking and sending me pictures and updates of our boy.

She's very dependable and also very flexible with changes in schedule or cancellation. We are so lucky to have Patrice and Murphy loves her!

Over the past 3 years Patrice has become a part of our family. It is always nerve wracking trusting someone to go into your home and take care of your fur babies, but Patrice put us at ease right away. Patrice is reliable, flexible, reasonable, loving and caring! We have entrusted her with daily walks for our two pups and she has also stayed overnight on multiple occasions. If you ever have any questions or concerns, she gets back to you immediately. I don't know what we would do without her!

Patrice has made having my dog Eleanor Roosevelt possible. My dog was very shy at first (rescue dog) but Patrice has been patient with her and has worked with all of my requests to help my pup become more comfortable. Eleanor loves Patrice and gets excited when she sees her.

Patrice is very reliable and super flexible to help work around my schedule. Would recommend Walks! to anyone with a dog.

Patrice is awesome with our dog, Chili! She has gone above and beyond for us. She leaves sweet, personalized notes whenever returning from a walk. She's even worked with Chili to try to address her issues with pulling on the leash (and has been really successful). She also took the time to work with my husband and I to ensure we were all being consistent while walking her. Chili absolutely adores Patrice. I could not recommend Patrice more!

Beware of Patrice -- she had been "walking" my dogs for almost two years and the last year I noticed my dogs were having a lot of accidents inside the house and numerous occasions their leashes weren't touched. I confronted Patrice on numerous occasions and she said that she was walking them off leash --- which was a lie. throughout this time, I noticed things missing from my home. It got to a point where I decided to get a security camera. Sure enough -- Patrice had someone else going into my home, going through my things and not walking my dogs. I have it all on tape and am going to the police. When I confronted Patrice with the video she did not apologize but only said that's on "Tee" the woman she said was in my home. She was aggressive and told me I'm a "white victim" because I was angry that she not only had not been walking my dogs but gave my keys to someone I did not. I even texted Patrice that day to ask about my dogs and how they did on their walk and she sent me a long text filled with lies about what my dogs did on their "long walk" when she knew they hadn't been taken outside AT ALL. The woman was in my house for about 15 - 20 minutes, going through my things and smoking. she removed a leash from the hook so it looked like they were moved. Patrice is a thief and a liar. It's upsetting to me because I did like her and my dogs did too --- but after a while they did not have any affection towards her. If you think anything is a miss, trust your gut. This woman is NOT to be trusted!!!!!

If you want "family" to care for your dog, there's no one better than Patrice. We signed our Bernedoodle, Hobey, up for Walks! with Patrice when he was just 2 months old. Not only did Patrice pay extra attention to Hobey, as he settled into our home & his new city, but she also sent a text after each walk to help comfort Hobey's new dog-owner Mom. (I know, I know...I'm nuts. I've accepted it.) But, the best part? She did this all without us even asking! Within the first week, she even sat out on our stoop waiting for his whimpering to settle down just to make sure he was OK before she left (we were in the process of crate training.) As Hobey continues to grow, Patrice is sure to reinforce any training principals we have going on as well as pass along any notes or behavioral issues she catches along the way. I can't say enough about her -- she's simply the best, and our dog absolutely loves her. We're so happy to have Patrice, and truly love having her a part of the family.

Patrice is awesome with my rambunctious pup. He is a new rescue and has some anxiety we are working through and she is great with him and a second mom to him. Highly recommend!
