David Burnett Graham is well known in the LA music scene for his original renditions, his diverse vocal stylings  and his over the top piano playing.  For the past ten years he has been the resident piano player at Mastros in Beverly Hills, one of the premier locations for entertainment and dining in LA.  He also has been a regular performer at The Montage, the Beverly Wilshire and the new Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills.  He has entertained South Bay audiences for years at the award winning Italian restaurant, Gaetano's,  and was a featured  performer at Lou Giovannetti's Primo Italia, an authentic Italian restaurant

David  started touring with show bands, rock bands and R&B bands after high school.  He then moved to Boston to further his musical education at the Berklee School of Music and was fortunate to have studied piano with the legendary teacher, Charlie Banacos, for three years.  He has also had the good fortune of working with vocal coaches Eddy Watson (Boston), Mark Baxter (New York) and John Deaver (LA). He also played solo gigs and  performed with his rock/jazz group working the music scene on the East Coast.

In the late 80’s, Mark Farner, of Grand Funk Railroad, asked Graham to be the keyboard player for a reunion tour which included working with some of the best rockers:  Joan Jett, The Guess Who, Rare Earth, BTO, Bob Seger, Dr. Hook and Elton John, to name a few.

Graham then took some time off from the road to be with his family and work locally with his solo performances and his trio.  He eventually relocated to Los Angeles and accepted the position as Music Director for a huge nonprofit organization in LA where he produced shows, concerts and plays.  His band, David Graham and The Bottom Line, made up of  notable musicians and singers, performing throughout the US, Europe, Asia, Russia, and South Africa where they played large venues, including The Rose Bowl in LA, Madison Square Garden in NYC and sold out  a long run at The Beacon Theater in NYC.

Two albums, “Man in the Moon” and “Here I Go”, are now available on all the streaming music platforms. (under D Burnett Graham and David Burnett Graham).  Physical CD’s are also available.

“Man in the Moon”, was written from raw, gritty emotion and life experience.  It’s an eclectic blend of blues, jazz, R&B  and California Americana.  “As a singer/ songwriter and  piano player I was influenced by so many....The Beatles, Billy Joel, Elton John, The Eagles, Steely Dan, Delbert McClinton, Ray Charles, Tower of Power, Amos Lee, Marc Broussard, Van Morrison, Jon Cleary, Jamie Cullum, Bob Seger, etc.“

Graham's passion has always been music.  Due to the Pandemic shutdown in Los Angeles, when the music stopped, Graham moved to Cincinnati,  and immediately integrated into the lively music scene.    He is performing at Jags Steak and Seafood, The Lytle Park Hotel, Autograph Collection and various other venues in Cincinnati.   He also performs at the private and prestigious University Club in downtown Cincinnati.

Currently see David at the famous and exciting Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse in downtown Cincinnati.  He currently entertains guests on Friday and Sunday evenings from 5:30 - 8:30 and will be a featured entertainer when the new Jeff Ruby's  opens in October.
