CYCLING

CRUfit is the ideal place to ride if you are intent on improving your fitness and/or training for a cycling event. CRUfit cycling classes are about group energy, focus, music and fun. We balance the exhilarating joy of indoor cycling with a strong drive to deliver real results in the form of enhanced cardio fitness and a leaner body.

ROWING

CRUfit is the TOP Indoor Rowing Gym in the Bay Area. Group rowing is a rhythmic, meditation-like form of exercise which blends full-body cardio and strength training. It's also a non-impact activity which works for all ages. CRUfit instructors are steeped in competitive rowing and coaching and bring a passion which elevates the group.

UNIFYING STRENGTH

CRUfit is much more than a “cardio gym” focused on cycling and rowing. We offer a range of full-body strength training classes to deliver a well-rounded or complete fitness regimen to our members. Our strength offerings include functional movement, circuit training, TRX, and bootcamp.

PERSONAL TRAINING

The CRUfit personal training team is comprised of seasoned professionals with the knowledge and experience to work with clients across a range of personal circumstances and goals including: middle age and older adults, women pre and post-childbirth, those focused on weight loss, those training for events and young athletes.
