Philanthropy
Our culture is one of giving. Whether we volunteer at local children's charities during the holidays, participate in school supply drives to provide for those who can't afford the basics, or work late nights and weekends to help a client solve a problem - each act, big or small, community related or client focused, is in the spirit of giving. As such, we place a high priority on giving back to our community through donations of our time and money.
Led by our employees, we created the Employee Giving Fund in 2005. Since then, our office has made annual donations to area nonprofits. Each year, the Steering Committee surveys employees to decide on the Fund''s focus. Funded by voluntary employee gifts matched by management, the Employee Giving Fund is the employees' unique and creative way to give back to the community. Currently, more than 80% of our employees contribute to the giving fund. Since its inception, the fund has distributed over $400,000 to nonprofit organizations.
