How We Started

Course History

Construction of the golf course began in 1997. The course was built by the Larson family. Ed and Janet Larson co-own Larson Construction Company, Inc.

Three Elms Golf Course is a public, privately owned nine hole golf course located in Independence, Iowa. We are located on Three Elms Park Road, near Three Elms Park.

TEE IT UP at
THREE ELMS

Golf Tournaments

We have a variety of golf tournaments scheduled throughout the regular golfing season.

Golf League

We have a two-person best-shot league Monday nights and a two-man best-shot league Thursday nights.

Golf Scramble

We have an informal scramble for men who would like to golf with other golf partners during the day on Thursdays.

High School Golf

We host the Independence girls golf team and the North Linn boys and girls golf teams.
