weddings

Sleepy Hollow’s Round Barn and Pavilion feature a majestic view of Vermont’s famed Camel’s Hump from the large reception area that can accommodate up to 165 guests. Have your wedding ceremony by the pond, cocktails under the pavilion and dance the night away in the 17 sided Round Barn. Included in our wedding package is a two-night stay in our eight distinctively decorated guest rooms. Each offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains or our pond. Awaken each morning to a delicious breakfast. We also allow camping for weddings and have a bonfire pit. Your guests will enjoy the lovely grounds and over 30 miles of trails where they can hike, bike or cross country ski. Let Sleepy Hollow set a wonderful atmosphere for your special day!

Skiing

Sleepy Hollow offers 32km of well-groomed trails for both classic and skate skiing. Experience our quality grooming (with our brand new Prinoth FULLY ELECTRIC groomer), complete with a tiller for smooth skating and setters for perfect tracks. We also have a 3km snowmaking loop for early season skiing, complete with lights for night skiing Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights. Our rental shop has a complete lineup of ski and snowshoe rentals available, as well as a pulk you can use (for free!) to tow your little ones. We even have a Wednesday night race series under the lights. We have a separate beautiful trail system for snowshoeing. Visit Butternut Cabin on skis or snowshoes for the best view of Camel’s Hump you have ever seen!

activities

Sleepy Hollow’s has an amazing array of other outdoor activities.  We have over 20 km of single track mountain biking trails (which are most appropriate for intermediate to advanced riders). One of the favorites is Kessel Run, which flows down the mountain over jumps and across rock gardens. We also offer amazing vista’s for bikers and trail runners alike from the Butternut Cabin, to Adirondack View to the popular Yoda trail. In the summer, we also offer three weeks of summer camp for kids with daily adventures through the woods, exploring our pond, arts and crafts and fun games. During the winter we host over 150 young skiers in our Bill Koch Youth Ski Program. They enjoy learning to ski through group lessons, fun games and adventure skis.  Your kids will love being outside. It’s a true year round adventure at Sleepy Hollow!
