Most approaches to healthy eating focus diets on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes. I focus on "crowding out" the unhealthy things. As the small changes we work on accumulate over weeks and months, my clients find they are impacted greater than they originally anticipated through an integrative wellness approach.
