A healthy well-hydrated fascial system is necessary for good quality movement. Our range of movement is largely determined by our fascia, the fascial layers gliding over each other is what actually allows movement to occur.
This structured recovery class can be helpful whether you need recovery from a specific sport, excess movement, lack of movement, injury prevention or rehab, or simply recovery from day to day living.
The class with Kelly Cameron will include MFR as well as some active and passive recovery, finding a combination of traditional yoga poses and science backed techniques to hydrate, mobilize, stabilize and release our body.
Myofascial release balls provided.
