Congratulations, you've crossed the finish line! Now it's time to shift your focus to recovery and restoration with our Yin for Runners Masterclass. Happening on the evening of race day, this class is specifically designed to help your body recover from the physical demands of the race and facilitate deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
Katie will guide you through a series of gentle, passive stretches and poses aimed at releasing tension, improving flexibility, and promoting recovery in targeted areas of the body. By holding poses for extended periods, you'll access deeper layers of connective tissue, enhancing circulation and facilitating the release of built-up stress.
Whether you're a seasoned runner aiming for a personal best or tackling your first race, these masterclasses will equip you with the tools to optimize your performance and enjoy a smoother, injury-free running experience.
