Small Business Accounting: This includes a recurring monthly meeting with a CPA on our team for up to an hour to review P&L and Balance Sheet activity, general accounting questions, up to one additional hour per month of follow up emails, questions/research, scheduling priority over other clients, priority on annual tax prep, assistance with estimated income taxes (if needed) and year-end reminders for important business items.  The cost for this is $270/month. -- click here.
2. Fixed Rate Virtual Bookkeeping: A fully outsourced bookkeeping solution designed especially for franchisees.  If you are a new or an existing business we can help you start your business off on a solid financial foundation or get the books back on track.  Our team will put together an estimate for fixed rate monthly bookkeeping services and/or a fixed rate quote to get the books cleaned-up and ready for ongoing monthly activity.   
3. Hourly Virtual Bookkeeping: A fully outsourced bookkeeping solution designed especially for franchisees ($120/hour).  See the following link for a more detailed look at the bookkeeping process -- click here. (More complex bookkeeping clients may require a higher skilled manager level bookkeeper which will result in a higher hourly rate of $135/hour; Bookkeeping estimates are billed as a fixed fee that will include a list of items requiring attention as a deliverable to the client.

5. Annual Taxes:  Let us help you with your annual business taxes and/or your personal taxes.  Keep it simple with our flat rate pricing. Starting at $875 for most small business returns and starting at $315 for most personal returns.  Pricing may vary with unusual circumstances.
