We will be carrying four new exciting flavor profiles sure to please the taste buds of all charcuterie connisours. We have a Genoa Salami, Milano-Italian Dry Salami, Soppressata, and Calabrese. All of these products are made in Sonoma County and are cut, ground, mixed and tied by hand as a true salami should be.
