I have always been interested in making my own meals, being healthy and making sure that I really enjoy what I eat.  Yes… I do like green smoothies and hemp seeds as well as occasional cocktails, steaks and even some french fries every now and then!  I really don’t expect everyone to enjoy every highlighted “superfood” to be successful.   Over the last twenty years I have recognized the power of knowing what I am feeding my body, and how you can actually feel the difference when you take steps to make intentional choices.  I have personally experienced that when I take care of my body with balanced nutrients, movement and purposeful relaxation I feel my best, have better energy and also minimize my exposure to needing medication and other medical challenges.

  • I offer a free introduction meeting for potential clients so I can learn more about them and they can learn more about me. During this time I will also ask some questions as well as provide more background information to determine if it’s a good fit. If we move on to our first official consultation we will work through a very thorough discussion so I can understand their current lifestyle: what they eat, if they like to cook at all, what their days are like, and get a sense of their stress/sleep/exercise and movement. I even want to know what your digestion cycle is like. I really want to understand everything they do so I can relate this to what the health challenges are and plan for next steps.

  • Each session is an hour.

  • I offer the option to do individual sessions starting at a minimum of 4 sessions. I also offer 3 and 6 month packages. The biggest difference between these choices is that I see how a client’s commitment and mindset can benefit from making a formal commitment to their habit changes. I also build in more availability by email and text for day to day questions that come up, or to clear up a point that may have been confusing in between meetings rather than waiting for the next meeting for support. We typically schedule a meeting every other week with a shorter phone call on the weeks in between. This allows for a lot of support as well as accountability.
