Sometimes we need to just give ourselves permission to make choices; forgive ourselves and others (doesn't mean those we forgive are still given space in our life) and how to make the best future we can.

A Bit About Brandy
I am originally from Northern California where I graduated from California State University Sacramento with my Masters Degree in 2003. I worked in Child Protective Services for 9 years. Military life moved us to the east coast in 2012 where I worked with the military at Langley AFB. In 2015 I started my journey to obtain my LCSW which was done in 2018. I have worked in the medical field of social work for the past 9 yrs and continue to do so, while providing talk therapy support in my private practice.
