About
​I have been an educator for over ten years and have applied my research in the psychology of learning and developmental neuroscience to my teaching method. I take a combination of traditional tutoring techniques as well as a cognitive-behavioral approach to target specific student needs through individualized lesson plans. I have found this to be an effective way to identify and address learning gaps, while reinforcing students' strengths, confidence, and critical thinking. My sessions are meant to encourage active engagement and making progress towards our learning goals. I aim to foster independence through developing student’s learning abilities and giving them the satisfaction for a job well done.
