Welcome to Silver Gate's Online Auction!
Starting April 26th through May 6th, Friends of Silver Gate will be auctioning hundreds of fun and unique items and experiences to directly support the programs at Silver Gate including:
- Eco Lab instructor Ms. Fairbanks plus much-needed equipment and supplies!
- Tech Lab instructor Ms. Pavao including computers, new 3D printers and filament for cool 3D projects!
- Award-winning Gator Garden program from which other schools have based their curriculum!
- Art instruction from Ms. Galvin and art supplies!
- Library support and funding for new books.
- Math and Educational programs and apps our kids use to learn in-class and at home
- Health & Fitness initiatives including new scanners for Running Club and Gator Run
- Disaster Preparedness Day led by Silver Gate parent and ER Nurse Amy Mazara and her Sharp Hospital volunteers to help kids remain calm and know what to do during a fire, earthquake, or medical emergency.
- Campus and facility improvements
- Ongoing teacher education and training
- Educational and engaging assemblies
- Classroom grants that help fund classroom school supplies, curriculum, field trips and MUCH MORE!

Friends of Silver Gate is a parent volunteer-led organization that strives to close the gap between what traditional district funding provides and what our community considers excellence in education. Friends of Silver Gate is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization and all of the proceeds support the students at Silver Gate and our ongoing, vigorous fundraising and on-campus initiatives. Your contribution is tax-deductible.
Item Pick-Up Information
Items won in the online auction can be picked up in the Silver Gate Library during the following dates/times:
Wednesday, May 8th
7:50am to 8:15am
1:45pm to 2:15pm
Thursday, May 9th
7:50am to 8:15am
12:25pm to 12:45pm
Friday, May 10th
7:50am to 8:15am
1:45pm to 2:15pm
Monday, May 13th
7:50am - 8:20am
If you are unable to pick up during any of the windows listed above and/or need an item shipped, please contact Kristen Peelle at silvergatepresidents@gmail.com Please note that postage will be added to your final bill. Items that have been noted in the item descriptions as being unavailable for shipping must be picked up at Silver Gate Elementary.
We are also looking for a few volunteers to help with pick-up, so if you are available on the above dates and times, please let us know.
