In these hard economic times, it is more important than ever that the Poshard Foundation is there, to fill in the gaps, and to be a safety net for our most vulnerable children in Southern Illinois.

The Poshard Foundation for Abused Children, www.poshardfoundation.org, has been helping area children for the last 12 years by providing physical assistance with various services not covered by traditional funding sources including dental care, food, beds, mattresses, car seats, transportation to health care, special therapy services, eyeglasses, children's camps, school supplies, Christmas assistance, and medical treatment.
