Terms & Conditions: 1. All Bids Are Final. All items are sold "as is." No refunds or exchanges are permitted. Winners will be notified after the online auction has closed via telephone or email. 2. Local Pick Up. Items will be available for pick-up at The Rise School of Houston, beginning November 26, 2012. Complete details will be sent via telephone call or email after the auction ends. 3. Shipping & Handling. If you are unable to pick up the items in person, please contact us to arrange shipping. Shipping will only be available within the continental U.S. In some cases, the winning bidder will be responsible for all S&H costs, which will be added to the winning bid amount after the auction. The winning bidder will be notified the final shipping amount prior to shipment. Items will ship via USPS, or another carrier upon request, with delivery confirmation of some kind. If you buy multiple items, we will group them together whenever possible to save on S&H costs. When your package has been sent, we will notify you with the delivery confirmation number(s). In some cases, we will not be able to estimate shipping costs prior to the auction close. 4. No Reps & Warranties. The items featured in the Auction are donated by corporate and family donors. The Rise School of Houston does not make any representations or warranties regarding the condition, value or terms/restrictions of the item sold. Read all descriptions and restrictions carefully before placing a bid. Feel free to contact with any questions. 5. Term of Claim.All items or services must be claimed or used within one year, unless otherwise specified. 6. Item Values, Opening Bids & Bid Increments.Values placed on items and services are estimates made by the donors and are not guaranteed by The Rise School of Houston for tax purposes or general value. Starting bids and bid increments are industry standard or established by the Auction Committee in conformance with the wishes of the donors and other criteria deemed appropriate.
