The 2019 Families Together Annual Online Auction is now closed. Thank you all for taking the time to point, click, and bid in order to support Families Together Cooperative Nursery School. Congratulations and many thanks to everyone who:

• placed a winning bid
• generously donated an item for auction
• invited family, friends, and community to participate

How do I know what I've won?

Winners receive two emails for each auction item they win. One is an automatic email sent out at auction end, informing you that you have won. You will receive a second email when we award you your item(s), confirming your purchase and providing you with information about our pick-up days and shipping options.

How will I get the items I won?

After the auction ends, items can be picked up from Families Together: 1500 W. Elmdale Avenue, Chicago, IL 60660. Pick-up times are scheduled for Friday, April 26th from 11am-2pm and Saturday, April 27th from 10am-2pm.

Please Note: Any item that is unclaimed by April 27th will be shipped out the following week (April 29 - May 3) at winner's expense.

Can items be shipped to me?

Some items can be shipped, while others are available for pick-up only. The purchase confirmation email you receive (second email) will include a linked form to fill out if you need your item(s) shipped. Please check the Special Instructions section below each item description for this information. Winning bidders are responsible for all shipping costs. We will primarily use USPS Priority for items that require shipping, which includes insurance and tracking. Please keep in mind this cost ranges from $7.35 (Priority envelope) on up. We can expedite shipping if requested, at winner's expense. You can also choose to have an item shipped non-Priority to reduce the cost, but keep in mind this does not include any tracking or insurance options. Families Together cannot be held responsible for any delayed, lost, or damaged items once they are shipped.

All items will be shipped by May 3rd. Please let us know on the online shipping form if an item is needed by an earlier date.
