Changes Parent Support Network (Changes) provides a proven process, resources, tools, and support known as the ChangeInsight Program to parents struggling with children engaging in oppositional, defiant, and self-destructive behaviors. The Changes Philosophy is based on the fact that you canât change what your kids are doing, but you can change the home and the family dynamic by changing your behavior. Changes Members includes parents, single, adoptive, and foster parents, guardians, grandparents, and parents of adult children. Changes weekly meetings are offered for free and members draw from on the wisdom, experiences, and support of others parents. Each member is responsible for developing and enacting his or her own plan for change, including Stands and weekly Small Steps.
