The IAEM Annual Conference and EMEX Scholarship Events

The IAEM Scholarship program will be raising money at the IAEM Annual Conference in Grand Rapids, MI, Oct. 17-20, 2021. There are three events.

Silent Online Auction

The Silent Online Auction is being held on BiddingForGood. All bids will be through their mobile app or website. The Silent Auction will begin before the conference on Oct. 4 and end Oct. 20, at 12:45 p.m. ET. Bidders do not have to be present to participate. Bidders that win items that are not present, or who do not pick up their items by 3:00 pm ET, will have them shipped (shipping cost is the responsibility of the bidder.) Most of the items will be available for viewing during the live event.

Live Auction

The IAEM Scholarship Program Live Auction will be held Oct. 19 6:00-7:30 p.m. in the EMEX Exhibit Hall beginning during the EMEX reception. You must be present to bid in the Live Auction. Items may be previewed in the Bidding for Good Portal. All bidders in the live auction must register through BiddingForGood or contact staff. Check-out will be contactless through portal after the auction concludes.

Basket Bonanza

IAEM Regions, Councils, and Chapters have created themed baskets for a drawing during the conference. Winners must be present to win and are responsible for shipping contents, if needed. Purchasers are encouraged to buy their tickets using credit card in the BiddingforGood portal. You may also stop by and buy tickets at the Basket Bonanza Booth. Visit the Basket Bonanza Booth and put your tickets in the baskets you wish to win.
