-Winner must contact donors by May 31, 2015 to arrange airfare and book flights or airfare will be forfeited.  Each donor listed is providing one round trip flight on SW airlines from Kansas City to Punta Cana using their mileage points.

-All arrangements must be made with donor to receive the trip and the VIP benefits - contact information provided on certificate.
