The Boulder Creek Business Association is excited for our May 2024 auction fundraiser. We hope to see you there!
The BCBA has a single objective - to support the Boulder Creek community. We have a growing work plan to accomplish that objective! It includes events that we hope provide boundless entertainment, and that also bring visitors from surrounding areas who will find "must have" treasures at our unique shops while they enjoy the festivities. The work plan includes large scale infrastructure projects that will benefit residents and businesses alike. Many of these involve collaborations with other local organizations and every level of government.
All of this requires fundraising! We cannot accomplish our goals without this support. We hope you'll join us at Camp Campbell on May 19th for a super fun event where you'll have the opportunity to not only donate toward our cause, but take something home from the auction as well! At the event we'll have live music, a delicious meal made by the camp staff, a cash bar serving local wines, ciders, beer and various non-alcoholic drinks, a silent auction and a lively live auction. It's always a lot of fun!
This year, thanks to a generous sponsorship from a local business, Messy Play Kits, we're also able to offer free childcare! That's right - it's free! The camp staff will feed and care for your kids onsite while you get to enjoy all the festivities our event will bring to you - for free! We hope you'll consider putting some of that savings toward a contribution to the BCBA, but moreso we hope that it will help entice you to join us at the event! Please note that the children must be potty trained to participate.
For those of you who can't make it to the in-person event, we've got you covered, too! At 3pm on May 19th, we'll be launching an online auction with even more fun items to bid on! This online auction will continue for 2 weeks. You are sure to find a few "must have" items in this auction!

Whether you have 1 item or 100 to contribute, your participation is an invaluable part of our fundraising efforts. By donating an item or service directly online, you'll be helping to raise money for our organization, and you'll receive a mention on our site that can link back to your own web page.

Join us on May 19th for the BCBA Annual Dinner and Auction Fundraiser from 3-8pm! We'll be out in the redwoods enjoying the beautiful scenery of our lovely mountain surroundings. Join us for dinner, drinks for purchase, a silent auction and a live auction, live music and dancing!
Tickets are for sale now, and are $65 for current BCBA members and $75 for non-members. (Visit BCBA.net to join today!) Drink tickets are also for sale for alcoholic drinks, and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase at the event.
New for 2024: we are offering free childcare for the event! Children who are potty trained can join for free and will be cared for by the amazing Camp Campbell staff (so you know they will have a blast!). This is sponsored by Messy Play Kits.

You can become a Sponsor or a Champion of the BCBA by going to the Membership page on our website, www.bcba.net. These memberships allow you to choose specific events where we will advertise your business. Members of all levels will have their company's logo on our site that links back to your own web page and you could develop new business. We can track how often your logo is viewed and clicked to see just how many people are accessing your site. If you choose to sponsor the auction, we'll be sure to list you as such on this site, too, like the folks below!
