Neighborhood Parents for the Hurley School – HIIT Class

HIIT Class Fundraiser

Join us for a fun workout to raise funds for the Hurley School. Every dollar we raise through ticket sales for this virtual class goes directly to support Hurley students, teachers and administrators.

Let's come together, as a community and continue to provide support to the students of our amazing school during this difficult time.

For everyone who pruchases a ticket, we will email the zoom link the day before the class (ticket sales will be open until 9am ET to give us time to make sure everyone has the link). Please invite all your friends, and encourage them to buy a ticket and join us for this fun event. We have a number of different price points. Please select the price point you are most comfortable with. We greatly appreciate every dollar we raise.

Class Description:

In this live virtual class, participants of all abilities will experience the type of full body workout boxers use to get into fighting shape. This class is not specifically for boxers, but rather a circuit regimen that will challenge your muscles and your cardiovascular endurance. This is a great cross training workout for everyone from student-athletes to weekend warriors. I look forward to showing you a fun and engaging outline of how to stay in boxing shape!

Rafi's Bio:

Rafael “Rafi” Rivera has been an amateur boxer for over 10 years.  He has participated in 17 boxing matches and over 20 exhibitions.  After competing in the Golden Gloves for the first time in 2012 in the 178 weigh class, he was the 2013 Novice Central New England Golden Glove champion in the 165 pounds weight class. That same year, he was also a Regional Semi Finalist.

Since then, he has taught hundreds of people “the sweet science” of boxing.  His clients have ranged from ages five to 80.  He believes that boxing training helps people maintain healthier lifestyles.
