Item Description
Two weeks tuition at summer camp at Mt. Hope farm. The camp runs daily from 9:00am to 3:30pm and is open to children ages 6-12.
Discovery, curiosity, and passion are values that we strive to nurture within all of our campers at Camp Wetu. So, what better theme for Camp Wetu than exploration? Surrounded by the 127 acre beautiful and historic grounds of Mount Hope Farm, campers will explore the world around them ranging from the local community to the galaxies of our universe, during each of our four sessions.
They will also be given opportunities to explore themselves as they uncover a sense of confidence in their abilities and develop their interests and passions. All of this will take place while your campers have a blast interacting with their peers, participating in games, competitions, sports, crafts, and making memories that will last a lifetime.
Camp Wetu gives campers the opportunity to work with our highly trained staff, interact with the livestock on the farm including our Nigerian dwarf goats, donkeys, and pheasants, explore the acres of Mount Hope Farm, and interact with the local community including the Pokanoket Indian tribe and other local educators. This is an opportunity that you do not want to miss.
