Item Description
The legendary Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars produced its first vintage of Napa Cabernet Sauvignon in 1972 and famously triumphed over French wines in a blind tasting in 1976 known as the Judgement of Paris.
The estate and its legacy are now guided by a partnership between Ste Michelle Wine Estates and Marchesi Antinori with a beautiful visitors’ center opened in 2014, and wines that continue to impress the world.
The winning bidder will receive a Magnum of the 2010 SLV Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the estate vineyards, aged in French oak for 21 months.
The 2010 S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon offers ripe black cherry and blueberry aromas with hints of cedar and spice. A powerful entry leads to a rich and full palate of black currant and red fruit in this Napa Valley wine, with anise and cocoa top notes.
Enjoy with grilled peppered tri-tip or a hearty wild mushroom risotto.
