Item Description

SEA LEGS GIFT CARD

A year-round island lifestyle headquarters on Martha's Vineyard
Formerly the well-loved Captain Porky's tackle shop, Sea Legs is now a carefully curated lifestyle shack - bringing Martha's Vineyard visitors and locals alike apparel, accessories, self-care products and home goods to live their best island life.
Sea Legs was founded in January 2020, just prior to the pandemic. Owners Grace Romanowsky and Zach Pinerio, year-round residents of Chappaquiddick, spent months renovating the little building themselves to give the shop an updated look and feel that still spoke to its salt- streaked history. The term Sea Legs commonly refers to the ability of one to keep their footing at sea, which they found fitting since the shop is located right on the harbor front and marks their first foray into business ownership in town.
Grace moved to Chappy in 2018 from Boston, where she had worked as a producer for fashion website Rue La La for eight years in the realms of women's fashion, footwear and kids. Zachary is the founder and owner of Chappaquiddick Wood Company, which produces bowls and hardwood tabletop goods made from Martha's Vineyard trees.
Grace and Zach live at Whale Jaw Farm on Chappy with their three cats and 60-something chickens.
