Auction Manager Basic - Gives you all the tools provided in Auction Manager Pro to promote and manage your auction online for free. However, you cannot bid or accept cash donations until you upgrade to Auction Manager Pro. Upgrading is as easy as the flick of a switch.

If I put my auction online should I still have an auction event?

Most of BiddingForGoods' auctions combine online and live and the two methods complement each other.

Can I sell tickets online?

Yes, users of both Pro and Basic can sell tickets from their home page.

Can I send email alerts to my community?

Yes, Basic and Pro users can integrate with Constant Contact and Pro users can choose to use the email function that is activated with a paid subscription.

How does BiddingForGood process credit cards?

BiddingForGood currently provides three options for processing credit cards:
