S. Mary's 9th Annual Lobster Bake and Auction! - This Coming Saturday!
The 9th Annual Lobster Bake and Auction will be held on August 10th and once again promises to be a wonderful opportunity for parishioners , friends and neighbors to gather in fellowship! Dinner will be served at approximately 6pm --make your dinner reservations for lobster or barbecue now at admin@smary.org!
The live event's silent auction will begin at S. Mary's on August 10 at 4:30pm, but we offer you the opportunity now to preview the items --and to bid on-line between July 21 and August 4! The highest on-line bid will become the opening bid at the live event--and if you cannot attend the live event, we will be pleased to "carry" your bid for you that afternoon. Proceeds from this event will support S. Mary's infrastructure and programs, helping S. Mary's to care for its facilities and to expand its relationship with the greater Portland community. S. Mary's currently offers free suppers to the community twice a month, hosts Twelve Step programs three times a week, hosts the Boy Singers of Maine twice a week as well as many other local civic, spiritual and artistic organizations annually. Your support will help S. Mary's to continue to do that--and more!

BIDDING PROCESS (July 21-August 4)
Place bids by emailing jenniferanngregg@gmail.com. You will need only include the item number, item title and your bid amount with your name and contact information. (Please do NOT include any credit card information!) We will ensure that your bidding instructions are honored at the live event.
