Item Description
Very rare and hard to find Antonio Borsato Madonna with S. Giovannino #825 Porcelain Figurine. Manufactured by Boncompagni, Venezia, Italy in 1969.
Exquisite detail on this very large Porcelain figurine with a smiling Madonna and two cherubs. Jesus has the dove (the Holy Spirit) and John the Baptist pointing upward.
These retail for more than $600. Because ours is slightly damaged we are offering it at a steep discount. Please see the images.
Borsato produced over 1,200 different figurines. He boasted that no two figurines are alike.. Borsato, made more Madonna's than any other subject
This one Measures 14"H and 7"W.
Antonio Borsato was one of the more talented artist in Italy up to 1982 when he died at 71 in a car accident. Born in 1911.
